The development plan of the Natural Reserve of Decima Malafede has been approved by the Regional Council of Lazio.
Remarkable step forward for the Agro Romano and for the development of an area of about 6,000 hectares between the GRA, Via Pontina, Via Laurentina and Pomezia, near the health and university hub of the Campus Bio-Medico University in Trigoria, in which there is also the Nature Path Andrea D’Ambrosio, made by the University for the benefit of all citizens.
According to the Councillor for Agriculture and the Environment Enrica Onorati “ is an important operational tool to ensure the protection of areas with a higher rate of naturalness, enhance agricultural activities with particular reference to those with a lower environmental impact, ensure the use of the environmentall friendly reserve through the creation of pedestrian and cycle paths that network the services in the protected area”.
Great satisfaction also from the President of the Regional Agency RomaNatura Maurizio Gubbiotti, for the protection of the largest protected area of the park system and for the historical-landscape enhancement of the territory.
The park thus finally has the conditions to become the protagonist of a sustainable future.
