Intesa Sanpaolo and Campus Bio-Medico Spa have signed a financing agreement for a total amount of €50 million linked to investments with innovative sustainability features.

The operation previews a tranche of approximately 30 million euros finalized to the realization of green infrastructures and mobility and a second tranche from 20 million euros finalized to refinance, lengthening the expiration, the remaining part of a previous loan granted to enable the construction of the hospital and university complex which today is one of the medical, scientific and academic centres of excellence in the country.

“The funds we will have will be invested according to a plan consistent with the mission of the University to develop the training and service offering according to the paradigm of integral sustainability”, said Giuseppe Garofano, Chairman of Campus Bio-Medico SpA.
